WARNING: When making appointments online, please be sure to scroll down to click, "Review Appointment" and then on the next page click "Confirm Information." The following page will offer a Receipt that can be printed. You will also receive an email confirmation. If you do not complete all the steps your appointment will not be entered into our system and you may have to wait longer or possibly even be denied for that day!
